This invention involves a medium-frequency power transformer for semiconductor applications with a medium-frequency intermediary circuit with winding consisting of a flat conductor (1) equal in width to the height of the self-carrying coil (3) with winding in concentrated sections. The parts of the flat conductor (1) projecting to the sides are the cooling areas (4), which are also used for connecting particular parts of the secondary section (2). The primary winding consists of a conductor with a rectangular cross-section and is located between the parts of the secondary section (2) and with it forms a mechanical unit.
