An aluminum heat exchanger including tubes, corrugated fins, headers provided at each end of the tubes, wherein each header is made by rolling a brazing sheet into a cylinder having apertures for insertion of the tubes, the brazing sheet being a aluminum core sheet coated with a brazing substance at least on one surface thereof, wherein the ends of the brazing sheet are brazed in abutment with each other, the tubes being insertedly brazed in the apertures of the headers.
