<p>PURPOSE:To avoid differences in welded positions of a spring member, by forming a plurality of spring members, to each of which members a filament is attached, into a state of mutually liked structure, welding the wide part of each spring member to a support member and then cutting and removing its respective linking part. CONSTITUTION:Spring members used respectively for three sets of cathodes are formed into a single, common spring member unit 13. Said common spring member unit 13 consists of three spring members 14 and their linking part 15, and each of the spring members 14 is formed of a wide part 14a, a narrow part 14b folded and formed successively said wide part 14a and a filament mounting part 14c. In an assembly work of said common spring member unit 13, each wide part 14a is welded and secured to a respective support body 3 while maintaining a space between the linked part end of the common spring member unit 13 and the end face of an insulating base board 1 so as to be in a prescribed dimension, and then the linking part 15 is cut and removed to form the separate spring members 14.</p> |
