<p>The invention relates to a deflector device for trays which can be fitted to washing and drying machines. This deflector device (10) for trays (13) which can be fitted to washing and/or drying machines comprises a chassis (15) above which a sliding plane (surface) (16) is provided. This plane is supported so as to be able to oscillate transversely to the exit direction of the trays (13) which emerge one after the other from the washing and/or drying machine, this sliding plane (16) being capable of being displaced by an actuating means (19) between two inclined positions in two opposite directions with respect to the exit direction of the trays (13).
