PURPOSE:To provide a wire harness assembly jig excellent in the versatility and effectiveness in works. CONSTITUTION:In accordance with the wiring shape of a wire harness to be assembled, a plurality of supporting tables 3 to support cables 2 on the way in their longitudinal direction are arranged on a flat board 9 which is provided with T-grooves 10 in lattice form. A block 11 in the form of rectangular parallelopiped provided with a tapped hole 12b in the center is mounted by a bolt 12a to a long hole 3c provided in each supporting table 3. This block 11 is inserted through the T-groove 10, and thereby it is made possible to make linear motion of each table 3 along the T-groove 10 and fine adjustment of the location with the long hole 3c in the condition that engagement of each bolt 12a with tapped hole 12b is loosened, and also it is made practicable to secure the supporting table in any desired position upon the flat board 9 by fastening the bolt 12a with the tapped hole 12b. |
