PURPOSE:To obtain a spin interaction element having high sensitivity by using an oxide magnetic material as a magnetic material and providing an intermediate layer between magnetic layers. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic material 12 and an intermediate layer 13 are formed on a base body 11 so as to obtain a laminated film of three-layer structure. As an intermediate layer 13, YBa2Cu3Oy (y is 6.0-7.0), for example, is used and as a magnetic material 12, an oxide magnetic material such as La0.7Ca0.15 Sr0.15MnO2 (Z is 2.7-3.3) is used. As a base body 11, the one obtained by grinding a single crystal into a mirror surface is used. For example, the film thickness of each layer of the laminated film of the three-layer structure is so formed that the intermediate layer 13 may be 200mm and the magnetic material layer 12 may be 200mm on the base body 11 of SrTiO3 (100) of 10X10X0.5. As a result, a magnetism detecting element having high sensitivity and fast responsibility is obtained. |
