PURPOSE:To obtain a dielectric core with high measurement accuracy while equalizing the filling of a material without generating deformation and warping by obtaining the material while heating and kneading the specific amount of a binder with the dielectric powder and extruding the material in a mold. CONSTITUTION:A slurry material is obtained by heating and kneading the binder with 15 to 50vol.% with the dielectric powder. The material is extruded into the inside of the mold to form a dielectric core raw material with complicated shape. The raw material is slowly heated up until 100 to 500 deg.C at the rising temperature rate, degreasing the binder. Then, the dielectric core after degreasing is held for the prescribed time at the high temperatures of 1000 to 1400 deg.C to be sintered and the dielectric core is obtained. Therefore, since it is formed by extruding the slurry fluid raw material excellent in fluidity, the filling of the material in the mold is equalized. Thus, a core with high measurement accuracy is obtained without generating warping and deformation, etc., after the sintering. |
