PURPOSE:To carry out image formation without causing irregularities in the rotations of the photosensitive drums when four photosensitive drums are rotated. CONSTITUTION:Belts 43a and 43d are suspended round photosensitive drum pulleys 8a and 8d at both ends and the belt suspending parts 45a and 45b of a rotation driving shaft 42 and stretched therebetween. The tensions of the belts 43a and 43d are acted on the belt holding parts 45a and 45b. However, since the directions of the acting tensions are almost opposed to each other and the two belt suspending parts 45a and 45b are adjacent to each other, generated moments are almost canceled. Therefore, even when the tensions of the belts 43a and 43d large compared with those of others, the deflextion in the rotation driving shaft 42 is reduced. |
