PURPOSE:To suppress the amount of the overshoot of the output voltage of the generator by switching the resistance value of a voltage setting resistor or a voltage dividing resistor step by step. CONSTITUTION:During the time the output voltage of the generator 1 does not reach the value set by a voltage detector 10; since a contact 10b is closed, the output voltage of the generator 1 is regulated to the lower voltage set by only a voltage setting resistor 7. The overshoot is generated with respect to said lower voltage. When the output voltage of the generator 1 has exceeded the set value of the voltage detector 10 and a specified time has elapsed, the contact 10b is opened, the voltage setting resistors 7 and 7A are arranged in series, and the output voltage of the generator 1 is regulated to the higher voltage. AT this time, the overshoot can be suppressed at the lower level than that in the case said output voltage is regulated to the higher voltage from the beginning. |
