PURPOSE:To achieve simultaneous measurement of concentrations of multiple kinds of gas with one pyroelectric linear array sensor requiring no standard cell for reference concerning an infrared analyzer to be used in an industrial measuring field. CONSTITUTION:Light of an infrared light source 11 is introduced to a gas cell 14 for measurement and the light outputted from the cell is condensed dispersed spectrally to be detected with a pyroelectric linear array detector 18. With limited gas absorption, a reference level is measured by light with better atmospheric permeability of 3.7mum to determine a difference between the reference level and a signal output obtained in correspondence depending on gas concentrations of CO2, Co and No2 introduced into the gas cell. Thus, the concentrations of multiple kinds of gas can be measured simultaneoulsy without the used of a standard cell for reference. |
