PURPOSE:To prevent the cracking of a ferrite core due to repeated temperature changes of a coil holding base while maintaining a structure capable of visually confirming whether the ferrite core is broken or not from openings in the coil holding base of a heating coil integrally insert-molded with the ferrite core used in an induction-heated cooking device. CONSTITUTION:A coil holding base 11 is integrally molded with a ferrite core 12 in it and is provided with the first, second, and third openings 13, 14, 15 in the longitudinal direction of the ferrite core 12. The cross section of the coil holding base 11 between these openings 13, 14, 15 has a shape that the outer periphery of the ferrite core 12 is surrounded by the resin forming the coil holding base 11. Even when the temperature changes of the coil holding base 11 are repeated, the size changes of expansion and shrinkage of the coil holding base 11 on both the upper and lower face sides of the ferrite core 12 are made nearly equal, no bending force is applied to the ferrite core 12, and the cracking of the ferrite core 12 can be prevented. |
