<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a touch panel from loosen defect caused by thermal stress by furnishing a separating part between an electrode of a base board and a takeout circuit, providing an adhesive layer between this and electrode, and adhering the base board to the second insulative base board. CONSTITUTION:A clear electric conductive film of ITO, etc., is attached by vacuum evaporation process etc., to a base board 14 of highpolymer film of polyester etc., followed by an etching process to form an electrode 6. A takeout circuit 8 is formed through printing of Ag paste, etc. The base board 14 is severed into a specified shape, and a cut is made in a part thereof to provide a separating part 10. A second electrode 17 consisting of a clear electric conductive film in the same manner as the base board 14 is formed on a base board 15 made from glass sheet, etc., cut in a specified shape, and thereover a dot- shaped spacer 18 is printed. An electric conductive adhesive layer 13 is put over the second electrode 17, and the two base boards 14, 15 are adhered to each other using adhesive layers 11, 12 such as two-side tape, etc., and hot press is applied from the base board 14 side to make hot pressure attaching of the takeout circuit 8 with the second electrode 17.</p> |
