PURPOSE:To obtain a transformer laminated iron core wherein its noise can be reduced and it is suitable for an inverter power supply or the like without lowering its magnetic characteristic by a method wherein the cross-sectional area ratio of an iron core, in a leg part, which is composed of a low- magnetostriction material is constituted so as to be larger than the cross-sectional area ratio of an iron core, in a yoke part, which is composed of a low- magnetostriction material. CONSTITUTION:An iron core composed of 3% grain oriented silicon steel sheets 5 is arranged at the central part in a lamination direction. Iron cores composed of 6.5%-silicon steel sheets 6 are arranged on both side of it. Thereby, a combined iron core 4 is formed. The cross-sectional area ratio of the iron cores composed of the 6.5%-silicon steel sheets 6 in leg parts 7 is constituted so as to be larger than the cross-sectional area ratio of the iron cores composed of the 6.5%-silicon steel sheets in yoke parts 8. Thereby, the noise of the title iron core can be reduced without worsening its magnetic characteristic. |
