PURPOSE:To manufacture a ceramic capacitor having a high dielectric constant, at a low cost in a small-size and with large capacitance by making a composition having mol ratios among PMN, PMW and PT inside a polygon having the points A to G as vertexes in relation to the basic components. CONSTITUTION:Basic components to be expressed by a general formula [PMN]a[PMW]b[PT]c (provided that a+b+c=1), and a Pb compound having 1 to 25mol%, an Mg compound having 0.1 to 25mol% and an Fe compound having 0.1 to 0.8mol% of respective ratios thereto constitute a dielectric ceramic composition. Then, mol rations of PMN, PMW and PT constituting the basic components are to be inside a polygon having the points A to G to be indicated by A(90, 5, 5), B(65, 5, 30), C(20, 15, 65), D(10, 40, 50), E(10, 70, 20), F(30, 60, 10), G(50, 45, 5) as vertexes in a ternary figure to indicate PMN:PMW:PT in mol%. Thereby, a ceramic capacitor having a high dielectric constant, and a small-sized large capacitance can be manufactured at a low cost. |
