<p>PURPOSE:To increase the dispersibility of dyes and pigments into a binder without degrading the fixability to paper by previously pulverizing the binder to grain sizes of <=5 times the grain sizes of the dyes and mixing such binder with the dyes and pigments. CONSTITUTION:The binder 1 previously pulverized to the grain sizes of <=5 times the grain sizes as well as the dyes 2 and the pigments 3 are mixed and thereafter, the mixture is melted and mixed by a kneader. If the binder 1 is mixed with the pigments 3 and the dyes 2 after the binder is pulverized to the grain sizes of <=5 times the grain sizes of the dyes 2, the differences in the grain sizes are small and, therefore, the binder and the pigments and the dyes are easily mixed and the pigments 3 and the dyes 2 are disposed among the particles of the binder 1. Then, the mixture already dispersed with the pigments 3 and the dyes 2 among the particles of the binder 1 is kneaded at the time of melting and kneading the mixture dispersed with the pigments 3 and the dyes 2 among the particles of the binder 1 and, therefore, the dispersibility of the pigments 3 and the dyes 2 into the binder 1 is increased even if the degree of kneading by the kneader is lowered.</p> |
