<p>PURPOSE:To provide a high voltage vehicle generator excellent in durability and reliability. CONSTITUTION:An exciting coil 14 is a low exciting voltage, high exciting current type coil having low number of turns whereas an armature coil is a high output voltage type coil and a regulator excites the exciting coil 14 only when the output voltage of generator is lower than a predetermined first reference voltage. Generation stop command means 31, 35, 36 forcibly interrupt excitation of the exciting coil 14 when the average value Vma of exciting voltage Vm is higher than a second reference voltage Vref 2.</p> |
