<p>This invention relates to a process for producing a cereal whip with active yeasts and the whip so obtained; in particular the process comprises a predetermined set of operating stages in the course of which a mixture of undehusked cereals is first cooked in softened water within an autoclave, the husks are removed after cooking, and then the product is homogenised and finally natural flavours and active yeasts are added to it after it has been appropriately cooled. <IMAGE></p> |
