PURPOSE:To prevent the increase of a load even when a thick sheet is carried by reducing an installation floor face while minimizing deformation when a recording sheet is recorded. CONSTITUTION:A carriage 13 is provided almost perpendicularly and an ink jet recording section is directed downward and no deformation is caused to a recording sheet S sent in the direction B1 one by one sheet from a sheet placing plate 6. At transmission, an original E is sent in the direction A and sent. At reception, a separate transmission roller 20 or the like is driven and one sheet is sent between a guide section 18a of a sheet guide 18 and a feed roller 21 and the sheet is inserted succeedingly between a press contract roller 21a and the roller 21 and sent between a press contact piece 16 and a rubber roller 17. Thus, even when a thick sheet S is carried, the increase in the load is prevented and the installed area is reduced. |
