PURPOSE:To correct mechanical bias force such as recovery force by outputting the pulse period, being employed in the control of variation of time constant, while specifying the update period of control data, i.e., the sampling period, according to the length of the time constant. CONSTITUTION:A PWM signal generating circuit 10 is provided with a first PWM circuit 11 for outputting a first PWM signal in which the pulse period, being employed in the control of short variation of time constant, is equal to the update period of control data, i.e., the sampling period. On the other hand, a second PWM means, i.e., a second PWM circuit 12, for outputting a pulse signal having pulse period, being employed in the control of long time constant variation, sufficiently shorter than the sampling period and suppressing external force, e.g. recovery force, of a flexible board having electrical offsets is provided. A mixing circuit 13 performs addition based on signals being fed from the first and second PWM means. |
