<p>PURPOSE:To improve weight attaching accuracy and to verify the attachment in assembling of a semiconductor acceleration detecting device. CONSTITUTION:A weight attaching-position mark 5 is formed on a semiconductor acceleration sensor chip 1. A tolerance mark 6a for determining the weight position is also formed. Therefore, the device having the excellent accuracy and quality is obtained.</p> |
