PURPOSE:To provide a device for utilizing energy by converting the excess heat generated based on P/F effect to mechanical energy and electric energy and for controlling the generation of the excess heat with a controller. CONSTITUTION:By contacting directly a metal rod, heat pipe, etc., to a negative electrode 2 generating excess heat by the Pons-Fleischmann effect, the heat from the negative electrode 2 is removed and the heat is supplied to a device working electrically or mechanically. Here, the thermal energy is converted to mechanical energy or electrical energy. The removing of the heat from the negative electrode 2 leads to preventing the temperature rise of the negative electrode 2 and maintaining the performance of the negative electrode 2. Also, by controlling the excess heat generated at the negative electrode 2 with a controller, the temperature at the negative electrode 2 can be maintained. |
