PURPOSE:To provide the measurement method of transmitted infrared absorption spectrum using a infrared microspectrometer. CONSTITUTION:When the transmission infrared absorption spectrum of a specimen 1 used for a microscopic infrared spectral diffraction device composed of two pairs of objective reflection mirrors 2, 3 faced and arranged by sandwiching the specimen 1, an aperture 4, a reflection mirror 5, a condenser lens 6 and a detector 7 is measured, the intensity of transmission light is measured to find its intensity change as a scanner for scanning the aperture 4 in direction of an optical path is used to scan. The measurement of the transmission infrared absorption spectrum is realized so that the thickness and a refraction factor of the specimen may be not influenced by fixing to measure the aperture 4 at the position where the transmission light intensity begins to weaken. |
