PURPOSE:To obtain the voice synthesizing and recognizing device which can synthesize a voice and can recognize a voice by using efficiently a circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input/output controller 1 connects an interface 2 and a circuit 4, when it receives an input from an input/output device A or B. Subsequently, when a meter symbol subjected to language analysis with regard to a character-string and generated is inputted from a personal computer A, a voice is synthesized by a voice synthesizing part 6, and sent out to the input/ output device B through the circuit 4. On the other hand, when voice information is inputted from a telephone B, a voice is recognized by a voice recognizing part 7, and transmitted to the personal computer A through the interface 2. |
