PURPOSE:To set the operation monitoring time in accordance with the customer' s skill of operation. CONSTITUTION:Plural operation monitoring time data corresponding to the skillfullness data are preliminarily set and stored in a storage part 5. The operation time of the customer is calculated by means of a timer 32 and a time comparison means 34, and when the operation time is within prescribed comparison time, it is added to the counter value of a counter 35. A skillfullness discrimination means 36 discriminates whether or not the skillfullness has been improved by means of the count value of the counter 35. Based on the discrimination, a skillfullness data selection means 37 selects the corresponding skillfullness data and records them in a transaction card 17 via a recording control means 38. Then it selects the operation monitoring time corresponding to the skillfullness data in the transaction card. |
