The invention relates to a device for heating a window washer fluid. This device comprises an enclosure (10) bounded by a generally cylindrical wall (12) and capable of being passed through by a hot fluid as well as a serpentine coil (46) housed in the enclosure and capable of being traversed by the windscreen washer fluid, this serpentine coil being formed of a multitude of straight tubular lengths (48) connected together in pairs and extending parallel to each other in a cylindrical configuration coaxial with that of the wall of the enclosure, so that each tubular length (48) is situated close to the wall (12), two of the tubular lengths communicating with an inlet pipe and an outlet pipe (40) for the windscreen washer fluid.
