The present invention relates to a hydraulic raking (scraping) device for gathering together and moving solid or liquid pollution floating on the water for the purpose of gathering it up. The device, according to the invention, includes a floating head equipped with two lateral nozzles for ejecting water under pressure (supplied by two flexible pipelines), which allow either the forward displacement of this head when the flexible pipelines are fibres, or the displacement of possible floating objects towards the back of the head, when the user immobilises the two supply pipelines or pulls them towards him. <IMAGE>
