The invention concerns a way for closing of a fold between plate strips, -sheet et cetera, by means of a device (1) including at least two tooling units (5, 6, 7) for closing of the fold and a propulsion unit (6) for propulsion of the device (1) along the fold. In accordance with the invention in the first and the third tooling units (5 respectively 7) are performed the first and the third tooling operation of the fold closing by means of a squeezing action mainly perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the fold where the squeezing force is applied through linear working first and third propulsion devices (11 respectively 22) and is performed in a second tooling- and propulsion unit (6) a second tooling operation of the fold closing by means of one in itself known roller shaping, where power for the roller shaping and propulsion of the device (1) is applied through a linear working propulsion device (14). |
