A toilet includes a device for supplying cleaning water for a user to wash himself after using the toilet. The toilet main body (15) includes a projection (18) arranged at the rear of the periphery of the bowl (14). A nozzle pipe (24) extends through the projection (18) and provides an inclined, upwardly pointing nozzle. The nozzle pipe is connected to a water supply pipe (22) extending through the side walls (17a, 17b) of the rear of the toilet main body. The supply pipe is connected, in turn, to a connecting pipe (28) in which is arranged a valve (27) and a filter (29).
