A particularly simple and compact dosing device for continuously and gravimetrically dispensing doses of pourable materials has a rotor (5) driven around a vertical axis of rotation (4), mounted around a horizontal swivelling axis (7) and designed as a smooth-surface measuring disk. A scraper (10) that overlaps the radius of the measuring disk (9) is arranged in the dispensing area (6). In the preferred embodiment, the swivelling axis (7) extends in the top view centrally through the dispensing shaft (3) and the scraper (10).
