The folding seat back forms a U-shaped profile between the frame side struts and is enclosed here apart from the area adjoining the seat cushion by a cover which is hooked onto the struts. The hook points (12) directed towards one another at their free ends (13) are moulded out of the rear legs (11) of the frame side struts (3) and thus grasp round straps (14) which reach down from a cladding part (7). The cladding partly encloses the struts and covers the legs and issues at the seat back into a groove (20) to take the reversed cover (15) as bridged over by the cover piece (21).
