PURPOSE:To position a long size base rapidly and stationarily by providing a ball screw under one end of the long size base, by providing a pulse motor that turns the ball screw, and by connecting a ball screw nut to the long size base. CONSTITUTION:Ball screw 39 is positioned under one end of long size base 33, arranged crossing the length direction of long size base 33 and supported being rotatable on the other end. Then, ball screw 39 is turned by pulse motor 40. Further, ball screw 39 is turned into ball screw nut 42 to make a connection so that it can turn relating to long size base 33 via coupling member 44. |
