<p>A fluid-controller comprises a body (1) provided with a recessed valve chamber 12 communicating with a fluid inlet port (10) and a fluid outlet port (11) and having a valve seat (13) formed at the bottom thereof, a diaphragm (2) disposed above the valve seat for keeping the valve chamber (12) airtight, the diaphragm being adapted to directly contact the valve seat (13) by moving the central portion thereof in a vertical direction or indirectly contacting the valve seat 13 through the disc 6, and a stem 8 elevatably disposed above the diaphragm (2) for lowering the central portion of the diaphragm 2, wherein a stop mechanism 3 is interposed between the body (1) near the circumferential edge of said diaphragm (2) and the lower end of the stem (8) for limiting the downward movement of the stem (8) when the fluid controller is in a fully closed position. <IMAGE></p> |
