This method consists in applying, daily, to the skin, a cosmetic composition containing a mixture of vitamins in a vehicle suitable for a topical application, and in administering, daily, orally, a preparation also containing a mixture of vitamins in a vehicle suitable for such an administration, the said method being continued until the appearance of the skin improves. This method finds application in the cosmetic field.
