PURPOSE:To provide a method of adjusting the heating of food and an apparatus used directly for implementing the same by keeping the surface of a packing container from wetting, making the container head to chill when it is taken out of a housing chamber and improving the appearance along with convenience in handling when goods seal packed is heated by a high temperature steam and insulated. CONSTITUTION:When foods are housed, they are heated by a high temperature steam and after a dehumidification, insulation thereof is performed by the high temperature steam. This apparatus is provided with a food housing chamber, a heater for circulating a heated air to the housing chamber, a humidifier for humidifying a heated air and a dehumidifier for dehumidifying the housing chamber. A control panel is provided to heat the housing chamber up to a specified temperature and humidify it when the foods are stored into the housing chamber and stops the humidification for a specified time to start dehumidification. |
