HEAT INSULATION STRUCTURAL BODY AND ITS MANUFACTURE

PURPOSE:To carry out the moisture-proofing work and fire-proofing work as a single combined work in the insulation of piping or the like disposed in a liquid prevention bank of a storage tank for storing low temperature fluid. CONSTITUTION:A surface sheet layer 2 provided with both of moisture-proofing and fire-proofing characteristics is formed integrally on the surface of a heat insulating material 1 such as solid polyurethane foam or the like. The moisture- proofing and fire-proofing treatments for the piping or the like can be carried out as a single combined work.
