PURPOSE:To obtain the title compsn. free from heat dissipation and smoking when burned, excellent in adhesion and processability and having antifungal properties by blending a heat-curable phenolic resin contg. a common flame- retardant component with a modified silicone oil and specific zeolite particles. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting phenolic resin, polyvinyl butyral, a halogenous flame retardant, and an Sb compd. are blended with a modified silicone oil [e.g. a compd. having reactive groups at the terminals and represented by formula I (wherein X is a group of formula II, ROH, or RNH2; R is -(CH2)-; m is 1 or more; n is 0 or more), a compd. having reactive groups at the side chains and represented by formula III (wherein Y is a group of formula IV, R1OH, R1NHR2NH2, or R1COOH; R1 and R2 are the same as R; m1 is 0 or more; m2 is 1 or more; n is 0 or more; and formula V and VI may be random block bonds), etc.] and zeolite particles bearing thereon metallic ions (e.g. silver, copper or zinc ions) by ion exchange to obtain the title compsn. |
