PURPOSE:To provide a preformed resin composite hose not generating wrinkles and the release of a resin layer capable of preventing transmission even if used as a cooling medium transport hose of fuel or Freon. CONSTITUTION:After a thin resin layer 2 is formed to the outer peripheral surface of a resin mandrel 1 having flexibility, a first rubber inner layer 3 is extruded to be applied to the outer peripheral surface of the resin layer 2 to be vulcanized. After a second rubber inner layer 4 is extruded to be applied to the outer peripheral surface of the first vulcanized rubber inner layer 3, a rubber outer layer 6 is extruded to be applied to the outer peripheral surface of the second rubber inner layer 4 through a reinforcing layer 5 to form a resin composite hose 7. Next, the resin composite hose 7 containing the resin mandrel 1 is set to a preforming jig 8 and vulcanized in a state bent into a desired shape and the resin mandrel 1 is removed from the vulcanized resin composite hose. |
