PURPOSE:To facilitate displacement of a cover member to a storing position or to a battery release position through simple operation by a method wherein a lock member is locked in the locking part of a through-groove and in a first rotation angle position around an axis and freely relatively displaceable in a second rotation angle position along the groove part of the through-hole. CONSTITUTION:A cover member 22 having a ceiling wall 24, with which the upper side of a battery is covered, and a pair of outer walls 26 positioned facing a side wall 20, a through-hole 32 comprising a narrow groove part 34 formed in the outer wall 26 and a locking part 36 having a groove width wider than that of the groove part, and a lock member 40 inserted in the through- groove and rotatably arranged to the side wall 20 are provided. The lock member is locked in the locking part in a first rotation angle position around the axis thereof, and relatively displaced in a second rotation angle position along a groove part. During normal operation, the lock member is brought into the first rotation angle position and a cover member is fixed to a battery containing position. Further, the lock member is rotated to the second rotation angle position and the cover member is displaced to a release position to open a portion above a battery. |
