PURPOSE:To exactly cast a laser beam to a curved work by adjusting the angle of irradiation of the laser beam determined from the transmission position of the laser beam transmitted through the work. CONSTITUTION:The work is irradiated with the 1st laser beam used for processing and the 2nd laser beam varying in the wavelength from the wavelength of the 1st laser beam in the same optical path and the shift quantity of the exit position of the transmitted light from the incident position thereof is read by a position detecting means, by which the inclination angle of the work is indexed. The information on this inclination angle is applied to a means for controlling the irradiation angle of the 1st and 2nd laser beams. The incident angle of the laser beam to the curved work is so controlled as to be made perpendicular thereto in this way. |
