An antidiabetic agent is disclosed, which comprises a compound represented by formula (I): (I) wherein R represents an imidazolyl group, a thiazolyl group or a pyridyl group; n represents 1 or 2; and m represents an integer of from 1 to 4, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient.
