PURPOSE:To make a device small in size, the cost low, and form highly precise images. CONSTITUTION:On a driver substrate 1a consisting of a rigid substrate, a wiring pattern consisting of a plurality of signal lines is printed. On the center of the driver substrate 1a, a conductor exposed part 1b which is an exposed part of the wiring pattern not covered with a cover film is provided in the longitudinal direction. A recording electrode 1 is driven by a recording electrode driver 1c arranged on both sides of the conductor exposed part 1b on the driver substrate 1a. Adjacently to the downstream of the conductor exposed part 1b in toner conveying direction, a protrusion 1d is provided so as to accumulate toners between the conductor exposed part 1b and a recording sheet 5. |
