RESTARTER OF TEXTILE MACHINERY

摘要

PURPOSE:To eliminate slackness of yarn and slippage of yarn layers in a cop and prevent yarn quality from deteriorating by compensating the shift of rotation angle of each motor till the time of attaining the stop by low-speed operation before restarting and performing the restart. CONSTITUTION:Respective set frequency values (13a) and (13b) are added to corrected frequency signals (11a) and (11b) from a frequency corrector 7 based on an output of a service interruption signal 8 from a service interruption sensor 15 to inverters (2a) and (2b) and a counter 5 and applied to the inverters. The counting of the number of output pulses is started with encoders (4a) and (4b) by inputting the service interruption signal to the counter.
