PURPOSE:To simply obtain a fiber tube for coating roll having a fixed diameter by packing a fiber composition comprising fibers, a fiber binder and an organic solvent into space between an outer and an inner cylinders to give a hollow cylinder, pressing the material and taking out. CONSTITUTION:A fiber composition 3 comprising fibers, a fiber binder and an organic solvent (preferably alcohol) is filled into space between an outer cylinder 1 and an inner cylinder 2 to give a hollow cylinder 10, the hollow cylinder 10 is pressed, taken out from the space between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder to give the objective fiber tube 11 for coating roll. |
