<p>PURPOSE:To obtain high design effect by emphasizing the controur and depth of a recessed groove pattern part by coating the surface of a base material with a colored transparent resin film inclusive of the recessed groove pattern part thereof and forming a depressed part reaching the interior of the recessed groove pattern part to the resin film. CONSTITUTION:A first recessed groove pattern 2 is formed to a base material 1 and a colored resin material 2 is applied to the surface of the base material 1 in the state filling the recessed groove pattern 2. After the resin material 3 is cured, second recessed groove forming processing is performed to form a second recessed groove, that is, a depressed part 4. Whereupon, the resin material 3 of the depressed part 4 is removed. By this method, a recessed groove wherein the thickness t2 of the inside wall part of the recessed groove pattern 2 is sufficiently larger than that of the other part, that is, the thickness t1 of the flat surface part of the base material 1 and the thickness t2 of the bottom part of the recessed groove pattern 2 with respect to the thickness of the resin material 3 is formed to the surface of the base material 1. As a result, the color density of the contour of the recessed groove pattern 2 is especially darkly bordered and difference in level and an uneven feeling can be emphasized.</p> |
