PURPOSE:To suppress the separation of macro-phases of hardened matters and consequently improve surface properties and drillability by a method wherein long fibrous base material impregnated with epoxy-based resin composition containing specified substance and its laminate is firstly irradiated with active energy beam for prehardening and, after that, hardened by heating. CONSTITUTION:Raw materials of the used composition concerned are epoxy resin such as epichlorhigdrin or the like, epoxy hardener made of aromatic polyamine, its salt or the like, resin containing polymerizable unsaturated group such as polyether acrylate resin and compound having group reacting with epoxy group and polymerizable unsaturated group in the same molecule such as one with group having carbon-carbon double linkage, especially preferably one with acryloil group. The composition concerned is infiltrated in long fibrous base material made of glass fiber, carbon fiber or the like or its laminate then prehardened by irradiating active energy beam such as ultraviolet light, gamma radiation or the like and, after that, handened by heating at 150 deg.C for 50min. |
