PURPOSE:To provide with good productivity an electrically energizing heat transfer sheet with no heat shrinkage of the resistant layer and excellent flexibility and adhesiveness with a base material sheet. CONSTITUTION:An electrically energizing heat transfer sheet consisting of a base material sheet, a heat transferring coloring material layer formed on one face of the base material sheet and a resistant layer formed on another face of the base material sheet and being exothermic by energizing electricity by means of an electrode head and wherein the resistant layer consists of a resin binder (a), an electrically conductive filler (b) and a crosslinking auxiliary (c), which consists of a mixture of a thermosetting crosslinking auxiliary and an ionizing radiation-curable crosslinking auxiliary.
