摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain exact focusing with a simple alignment optical system by providing two cone surface optical elements to make incident an alignment luminous flux as concentrical annular parallel luminous flux on an imaging optical system. CONSTITUTION:The alignment light 2 generated from a generator 1 passes a beam expander 3 and is made incident on the 1st cone lens 4A and is refracted by this lens. The light is further made incident on the 2nd cone lens 4B and is refracted by this lens to form the annular parallel luminous flux 2'. The luminous flux 2' are then condensed onto the surface of a testee body by an imaging lens 5. A bright spot pattern (b) is formed on the surface of the testee body at the time of focusing. An annular condenser pattern (a) or (c) is formed in a defocusing state. The spot pattern (b) is set in the prescribed position on the surface of the testee body and optical solidifying light 7 is generated by a generator 6 at the point of the time when the focusing state is confirmed. The optical solidifying light 7 is condensed at the same position as the position of the pattern (b) by a lens 5 via a beam expander 8 and a mirror 9.
