PURPOSE:To easily set the thickness size of a laminate formed by laminating sheets consisting of materials varying in X-ray absorption coeffts. with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A groove 11 for housing the laminate is formed in an implement body 10 and the laminate 15 constituted by superposing the metallic sheets and resin sheets which are the sheets varying in the X-ray absorption coeffts. and are laminated alternately (A, B... G) is pressurized and fixed in its thickness direction by a pressing means 19 into this groove 11, by which the above- mentioned implement is constituted.
