<p>PURPOSE:To provide a method of industrially advantageously manufacturing optically laminated sheets having an extraordinarily excellent surface smoothness, and more particularly, optically laminated sheets suitable for an electrode substrate of manufacturing liquid crystal displaying panels. CONSTITUTION:By supplying the resin solution 2a for forming a resin layer 2 into a tank 4 and conducting condensation while under deaeration, the quantity of a solvent is reduced to reach 5-100wt.% of the resin content. Then, the condensed resin solvent 2b is exhausted from the tank 4 to the gap defined between a film forming roller 5a preliminarily supplied with a base material film 1 and a film forming roller 5b preliminarily supplied with a smooth film 3 of 0.15mum or less in its surface roughness and permitted to be held between both films 1, 3. From the held sheet, only smooth film 3 is separation-removed and then a held layer 2c is dry-cured by heating to thereby form a resin layer 2.</p> |
