摘要 |
PURPOSE:To provide a through-hole inspection device having the capability of detecting such a defect as conventionally unidentified from a distorted through-hole image and a through-hole number, and detecting the defect at high speed and accurately. CONSTITUTION:A through-hole formed in a printed circuit board 101 is illuminated with a transmission lighting means 102 and a variable density image available by photographing light after the through-hole via a diffuser board 103 is converted to a binary coded image with a binary coding means 105. The binary coded through-hole images are numbered to picture element units for every through-hole with a labeling means 106 and the numbered picture elements are integrated with an integration means 107 to obtain the area and coordinates of the through-hole image. A judgement means 108 evaluates the through-hole on the basis of the area and coordinates so obtained, thereby ensuring high-speed and accurate defect detection. |
